Enable/Disable Console-like Fog

For users, who hate or love the foggiest fog like in Legacy Console.

The console fog is an important feature added to the modpack. Some don't like it, so here's a simple tutorial.

1. Open the mod menu by pressing the Mods button.

1. Go to Simple Fog Control.

1. Enable or Disable all the fog modification. Can apply to Underwater and Nether. That's it!
