Minecart feels slow on curves, slopes, and stuff.

Known Issue #5

Minecart always has a lot of derailing issues when something's speeding up in most areas. The most common mods that caused the issue during the development were:

• Mended Minecarts - by 2No2Name

• Cyan's Faster Minecarts - by princesscyanmarine

So it has to slow down to fix the curves and stuff. I'll call this "works as intended".
