Villagers & Zombie Pigman on most content packs still use new textures after 1.13 or normal texture.

Normal Zombie Pigman texture on City Texture Pack. Will be releasing hotfix soon.

Don't worry, I'm still working on changing any new textures to the old 1.13 textures.
